My passion for baking began at a young age when I learned alongside my mother and grandmother. Their love for creating homemade, delicious goods inspired me, and by the mid-90s, I was baking bread on my own, quickly falling in love with sourdough. As I continued to work toward perfecting my craft, experimenting with natural fermentation and organic ingredients, the positive feedback from friends and family motivated me to take the next step. That feedback, combined with a surprise holiday gift of some baking tools from a former manager, rekindled my love for sourdough. That's how my cottage micro bakery came to life. Today, I'm proud to offer fresh, locally made breads and baked goods, focusing on organic products and using local grains whenever possible.
